Shipping & Delivery

Retro Sport ships anywhere around the world. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and international orders via DHL. All orders will be insured according to the value of the shipment. If you waive insurance, Retro Sport will not be liable for any lost or damaged items. Handling charges may apply depending on order amount, dimensional weight, and size.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.  Any abandoned packages are the responsibility of the customer.  In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise."  Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of U.S. law and the laws of most other countries.  In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value.  Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.  Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

Privacy & Security

Retro Sport is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet and is committed to protecting your privacy on our website.  Retro Sport takes reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our online visitors secure against unauthorized access and use.  Forms you fill out to interact with our company may request that you give us sensitive information such as your email address, mailing address or telephone number.  Retro Sport takes no responsibility for inception of data by third parties. Returns & Replacements

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No return will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment.  Return shipping charges must be prepaid.  Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 14 days from the date of shipment.  Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee.  Custom, special order items, damaged, modified, clearance, used or discontinued parts are not returnable.  Please be aware that we will cover the shipping cost for damaged or missing parts by ground shipping one time.

Retro Sport products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. We hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical, noise, or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in some states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment may be made by check, wire, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with the chosen payment method. There may be additional processing fees where applicable. Orders will be shipped once payment is verified.
