All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No return will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment.  Return shipping charges must be prepaid.  Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 14 days from the date of shipment.  Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee.  

Custom, special order items, damaged, modified, clearance, used or discontinued parts are not returnable.  Please be aware that we will cover the shipping cost for damaged or missing parts by ground shipping one time.

Retro Sport products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. We hold no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical, noise, or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in some states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that their country may impose to take delivery of their order.  Any abandoned packages are the responsibility of the customer.  In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise."  Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of U.S. law and the laws of most other countries.  In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value.  Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.  Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
